Launch a first date on the establishment of Thanksgiving Day and the centenary of the arrival of Padre Pio in San Giovanni Rotondo
The cultural association “Deo Gratias” organized its first official meeting with the many devotees of Padre Pio to explain how it intends to cooperate with the authorities to promote the establishment of the ”Day of Thanksgiving” to be celebrated on July 28th by each year, the “Centennial” by the arrival of Padre Pio in San Giovanni Rotondo (1916-2016). The event is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22nd , 2011 from 17 to 18.30 in the City Hall of San Giovanni Rotondo.
