From North of Italy
Motorway A14 (Bologna-Taranto), exit at San Severo, the SS 272 which takes you to San Marco Lamis on, and then proceed to San Giovanni Rotondo.
From Center of Italy
A16 motorway (Napoli-Bari) exit at Candela-Foggia, Foggia to take the SS 655, then continue along the highway SS 89 to Manfredonia up to the release of SP 45 bis to San Giovanni Rotondo.
From the South of Italy
Motorway A14 (Bologna-Taranto), exit at Cerignola Est, take the SP77 to Manfredonia, then take the SS89 road to Manfredonia and continue until the junction with the SS159, then continue along the SS159 in the direction Manfredonia, Manfredonia outside turn left onto the SS89 motorway in the direction of Foggia, SP 45a then on to San Giovanni Rotondo.
