The first inter-municipal bike sharing system in Italy in protected area
It was August of 2012 when the Gargano National Park Authority and its president, ushered in the first inter-municipal bike sharing system in Italy in Protected Area, and since then much progress has been made. So on 31 July, “Parkinbici,” meanwhile become best practices at European level, cutting a new milestone, or its extension. The Parkinbici is a system of inter-municipal mobility in the service of citizens, workers, commuters and tourists, made by the National Park of Gargano to help reduce traffic and create a more direct relationship with the territory.
