The program and the advice for participants
The program includes the celebrated the Mass in the sanctuary Santa Maria delle Grazie in the presence of the choir of San Giovanni Rotondo. At the meeting at 3pm groups on the forecourt of the sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Grazie, where the leaders of the groups have taken will ensure the withdrawal of the signs indicating the site of origin, the removal of crucifixes of wood (for each group of about 80 people) and some copies of the booklet (same text last year sent to all locations) for the readings at each station of the Via Crucis. Crosses and signs must be returned in the same place from where they were withdrawn. At 3.30pm the first group, consisting of representatives of the national and the authorities, will open the celebration of the Cross along the route on Mount Castellano. With them will start an initial quota of no more than eighty people from places whose names begin with the first letters of the alphabet. Next, after one or two stations at regular intervals will leave all other groups of about 80 components each. Each group is asked to hold readings and readers (with its own megaphone), preferably before departure from their locations. We suggest the same readings of the book posted last year.
