There will be a corner of Germany in Daunia Mountains. At least for one evening at the table will try to merge two situations in Europe: the German and Italian, replacing the spread, bund and btp traditions of the local gastronomy. Biccari on August 3rd will become the international headquarters of a summit that will be consumed in very particular base knuckle of pork with potato strudel, beer, dancing and singing. The area next to Piazza Matteotti, you turn into a big and cozy booth of 80 square meters where the German food culture (in its Bavarian version) will delight the palates of those who will be able to taste the dishes of a tradition that has made a part of Germany.
