A concert for a poet

In memory of Giovanni Scarale, the saint Pio’s poet

On thursday 7^th April at 7 pm Amici della musica association organizes a free concert – perfomed by guitar duo Steduto-Cusenza to the public library – to remember Giovanni Scarale, the poet of saint Pio died 2 april 2010. Teacher, writer, poet, and journalist, he became famous when, after saint Pio’s death, wrote “Adesso padre Pio è in noi” (“Now padre Pio is with us”). Ever since, any saint Pio’s anniversary was came with a Scarale’s poem.
