The first edition with great success with performances, tastings and music
Great success for the first edition of the White Night in San Giovanni Rotondo, which was held yesterday with great participation. Among many citizens, tourists and off-site the town Gargano was “filled” in length and breadth of creating an event of great acclaim. Exhibitions of crafts and tasting of typical products, on popular music in via Basalemme and Corso Regina Margherita, street artists, exhibition of football and dance schools in Martyrs Square, live music, parade of costumed groups and sharpshooters. And finally Leone di Lernia and DJ Raf Marchesini. It was also possible to visit the old mill in the center – which yesterday again came alive – where years ago we worked the wheat. All the ingredients for a night with white flakes, complicit in the beautiful evening, the “Saturday”, of the many off-site back for a few days and the buzz surrounding municipalities has succeeded in doing. A night full of fun and tradition that has affected the many tourists who visit the town of Padre Pio in those days.
