From 8th to 11st August, the program of celebrations organized by the Capuchin Poor Clares of San Giovanni Rotondo
In the eighth centenary of the founding of the Sisters of the Poor Clare Monastery of the Resurrection of the Capuchin Poor Clares of San Giovanni Rotondo organizes the feast in honor of St. Clare of Assisi. The event will begin on August 8 with the Triduum in preparation for the Solemnity of the Holy Mother Clare. On 10 August at 21 in the Monastery of the Resurrection – the Capuchin Poor Clares in San Giovanni Rotondo, the Commemoration of the Transit, which will begin with a torchlight procession from the Piazzale del Convento “Santa Maria delle Grazie”. On 11 August at 8 the conventual Mass and the 18:30 solemn Eucharist presided over by Michele Castoro, Archbishop of Manfredonia-Vieste-San Giovanni Rotondo.
