Motorway A 14 (Bologna - Taranto) take the San Severo exit, take the SS 272 which leads to San Marco in Lamis, then head to San Giovanni Rotondo.
From Center
Motorway A 16 (Napoli - Bari) exit at the tollgate Candela-Foggia, then take the SS 655, then drive on highway SS 89 to Manfredonia to junction 45a of the SP to San Giovanni Rotondo.
From South
Motorway A 14 (Taranto - Bologna) exit at Cerignola Est, take the SP 77 to Manfredonia and continue until the junction with the SS 159, then continue on SS 159 towards Manfredonia always, just at the entrance of Manfredonia, turn left on SS 89 freeway in the direction of Foggia, then the SP 45 bis for San Giovanni Rotondo.
